Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for Keepsake Ornaments?
We accept returns on Keepsake Ornaments within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging with all inserts included.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer professional gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can select this option and add a personalized message during the checkout process.
Can I use Hallmark Crown Rewards points on my online order?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Trudy's Hallmark ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
